If you happened to pop by here and are wondering what all the whooping and hollering is about though — let me explain. We’re doing a blog hop featuring over 50 debut authors with prize packs that include ARCs, gift certificates, swag, and more! To participate, please go to the Apocalypsies website here for complete rules and the starting line. The race officially starts at Noon (EST) on May 2, 2012 —  so if you’re a tad early, just chill a bit 🙂 If the race has already begun, and you’re ready to race on, this is the next stop! Before you leave, be sure to enter your name in my Blind Spot arc giveaway!

What you can’t see might be murder.

Winter stops hiding Tricia Farni on Good Friday

When a truck plunges through the thinning ice of Alaska’s Birch River, Tricia’s body floats to the surface– dead since the night she disappeared six months earlier.

The night Roswell Hart fought with her.

The night Roz can’t remember.

Missing things is nothing new to sixteen-year-old Roz. She has macular degeneration, an eye disease that robs her central vision. She’s constantly piecing together what she sees– or thinks she sees–but this time her memory needs piecing together. How can Roz be sure of the truth if her own memory has betrayed her? Can she clear her name of a murder that she believes she didn’t commit?

Blind Spot releases October 2012 from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

I read about this book the other day on Goodreads and it sounds absolutely amazing! The story sounds so original! I love reading about a main character with something unique about them! I hate reading a story where the main character is a complete bore to read about.
